There is always a context in which you experience your pain. You might have noticed that sometimes, depending on the situation you are in you might have more or less pain. This is about context. It could be said that pain is always dependent on the situation. A good example is when you are in an argument with someone, or stressed over a compensation system, you will most likely be experiencing more pain. Its all about how a situation changes your physiology.
