I am so there with you titan. My migraines were (havent had one for 3 months) so bad that I was getting 3 a week which leave me unable to see and speach properly within a few minutes of the attack so I worry that I will be somewhere and cant get home safely so I just dont go. It doesnt help that I get no real warning leading up to an attack. I only go when it is with my partner or someone who knows what to do. I have been doing this for several years now. I still dont trust that they are gone yet. My world has become very small. Its just horrible that CP makes me scared to leave the house. :(

I know exactly how you feel. My world has narrowed to not a lot now. Occassionally I will push myself to go to the shops or visit family. When the cooler whether comes I will take my son to the park again.

I know the guilt factor I live it every day.

your migraines you get sound awful wendles.it must be so hard not knowing when they hit.it sounds like a lot of us tend to hang around the house in our safe zones rather than face the world.as long as we all get out sometimes,i think that is the best we can do in our situations.hang in there wendles.take care.

Now that the cocktail mix of tablets seems to be keeping the migraines at bay it might be easier for me to leave the house. Before I got the needle a year or so ago I didnt want to leave at all, it was just too difficult to deal with a migraine as my medication then made me vomit. So things are slowly improving. Soon I will know whats are the end of the street, only joking but some days it feels like that.
