Afternoon CPA Boarders,

It is a gorgeous sunny day here on the Vic East Coast. Because I live on the sea side, it is always cooler than even 20 minutes inland, so it is really pleasant. I pushed myself to go for a walk today. We managed to get 2km today. I just dawdle, so it takes me a while, but the important thing is the going. The fresh air. The sunshine. And the dog love sit of course.
I hope you are all having a decent Friday.

Started off a cool morning here in port Stephens , but ended up a lovely day, nice change from the weeks of rain. , but still I never went outside , left the feeding of the pets to the kids.
Mango good on you for getting a walk in, I too feel great after a walk , I plodded up Stockton beach a week ago, but it so not worth the after pain.

Evening CPA Boarders,

Tough day today. It was shopping day, which always means a tough one.
Pain levels are high, the air con makes the ears hard to deal with.

But I do have a fridge and cupboard full of all the neccesities for life. I like to look at the bright side of life.
I hope you have had nice Saturdays.

Ditto on the bad day Mango, I having a really ruff few days,
I went back to gp last week , he took me off kapanol as I have only used the bowels 3 times in 16 days and that's using a bucket load of laxatives.
He said he's not too sure about the dose so put me on targin 10/5mg. 2x a day.
Well I am going through withdrawals , oh crap this is the pits, would rather my normal world of pain to this, I ended up taking two at night and morning but still not enough, so will be back to gp Monday, I just hope I can do it , am not staying like this.
Oh and still not been to loo since last Wednesday, think I am going to explode,
Chin up, chin up

Hey Harpy,

Try psyllium husk about a dessert spoonful in a glass of orange juice (try two once in the morning and once at night) also you could have prunes and chuck in a few apples ,oranges and celery(scrubbing brush for the bowels).
I don't wish to brag but after this daily ritual I go up to three times a day.
You've got nothing to lose

Hey Harpy,

Another thought are you drinking enough water ??
Your body needs to be hydrated so tea, coffee ,soft drink and booze don't count as they dehydrate you
Sorry but I don't drink booze due to meds.
