Hi Mango,
Oh no already flared up and your going shopping , can you put it off till a better day? I really love shopping , but yeh it's just not worth it sometimes. You can use the motor scooters from centre management while shopping if that will help.
I had major trouble with an extracted tooth for 7 weeks , I just couldn't imagine that type of pain forever.
I hope to come good after Easter, the extra targin has helped and I am very regular, :P
my girls will be on holidays so I won't have the boys, LAY INS for me yay.
Thanks
Harpy

Hi Harpy,

Hehehe I like that little pic. Made me giggle. Shopping was as I expected. Hard and painful.
But it is done. I took myself to bed with a couple of pain killers once I got home.
I have two days to "recover" before Easter Sunday. Its my nieces 6th birthday, so a birthday and Easter Sunday.
Oh she's not going to be hyper at all... ;) This is one of the things I can't bail on, so I just suck it up.
And if need be I retreat to the car for a while. Funny thing is, when I do, its always my five (6 in three days) year old niece who comes out and sits with me. She just sits and talks with me. She loves sitting in the car for some reason.

How was your day? I was so happy to see you are now regular. Woo Hoo! :)
Mango xx

Hi Mango,
I suppose when we go out at least we know what to expect, a flare up. Just isn't right. Or fair.
Naw six years old, beautiful, kids are really clever, you must have a lovely connection with your niece .
Yes I couldn't be happier , so good not feeling bloated and cramps all the time.
