G'day All
This is our third day over 45°C and today is already at 48°C. I don't mind the heat but this is getting a bit high. The hard part at the moment is that the nights arent going much below 30°C. Cold showers are the way to go :) The Rotary club has also provided the pool free to all over these days. Keep Cool.

Hi ,
I too love the heat but I am melting now, only 39 here at the moment, been at a friends house most of the day in her air con, lol . Don’t have that luxury.
Just hope tonight is cooler than last night.

Good evening all.
In South East Coastal Victoria it has been a very nice day. And strangely it gets warmer at night. Grrr!!
I hope you are all having a better day than yesterday. I’ve had a fair day. Not a bad day, not a good day, but a fair day. And honestly I prefer them. Means the odds of tomorrow being a bad day are less. :P :P :P

Hi everyone
I have finally had a better afternoon.
I rang osteopath on Monday to see if they had a cancellation, but no so was put on a call back list.
Got a call at lunch time today asking if I could make a 4.30 pm appointment, oh yes please I said.
Got to appt and the dr found out I been on list and made the appt for me as he normally closes 4.30 on a Friday. Put 8 needles in the base of my skull, then worked hard on my upper back and neck.
Took needles out and worked some more. He told me to tell the receptionist when I am bad and need an urgent appt and he will make time. I walked out of there at 5.50 pm with no headache and I can breath in without pain and that don’t happen often. I am happy tonight.
