Thanx Johnno
you put it beautifully. Today is much harder then yesterday, i am constantly on the verge of tears and fear so completely drained. It will be a quiet day to look after myself.
thanx

hi Crazyjane
yes i am having weather related pain too. 42 degrees plus humid really plays havic on the pain areas. It laso added some new ones as my family has a history of cramps and i had run out of my Mg tablets a week ago and now the weather equals lots of cramps. At least i still have bananananas :cheer: Need to drink more water today, the recommended 8 glasses is not enough out here.
Hope the weather isnt a problem for you today crazyJ

Thanx to everyone for the hugs and support. it always makes a difference to know that i have such a wonderful support group. Yesterday was all about telling people now that is done I seem to be less in control. Today must be my day to have a cry and feel devastated by it all, but it is also a day that my pains are high (of course this is due to my stress and emotion) It will be a self care day.

Hey Wendles,

42 degrees AND humid? Good grief, you poor thing. Where was that?

You take Magnesium for cramps? Hm, might have to look into that (I also have problems with cramps due to Raynauds-related problems).

Glad you're feeling a little better today.
