Have tried acupuncture, weekly massage, exercises (which exacerbate it no end!), heat/ice, topicals (various), natropathic suggestions, nerve drugs, antanticonvulsants, opiates, nsaids, rest, stellage ganglion block (which did help), 2× lignocaibe infusions and a failed ketamine infusion.Could it be thoracic outlet syndrome pain from any ond elses personal experience with TOS? Hi Nessa. I share these symptoms. I have recently been diagnosed with TOS. Although my calves and legs have improved (I had intense pain and numbness like my legs couldn't work and was suspected MS, I am on a wait list to see a specialist) I still have the pain there occasionally but generally it is my arms affected now. I have limited use of both arms and incredible pain if I attempt to use my right arm. It spreads through my back and shoulders. Because of my recent diagnosis and struggling to find anywhere to take me as a patient I am dealing with this pain everyday. My life is on hold and my symptoms are worsening. I am very sad to hear nothing is relieving this pain for you. I hope by now they have found a way to manage your condition. I hope your life is no longer ruled by the pain and you are able to live a somewhat normal and happy life!
