Does anyone have experience with these? Looking at switching from ketamine infusions to lignocaine infusions. Has anyone had either of these that can help out? Thanks in advance.

So I have gone ahead with these. 1st one had little to no effect. 2nd one I cut my use of painkillers in half and due for a 3rd one tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how long I get a benefit from them for. I am a little concerned as me and hubby are off on a cruise in a couple of weeks and I want to enjoy it pain free (ish)!

Hey 2manytears,

What are you being treated for with the lignocaine infusions , I went overseas last year (my lumbar is crumbling) I had nerve burning prior to travel and my gp supplied so pills to help with sleep (not sleeping pills) these were a more natural medication .
It helped me but it doesn’t last more than three to six months but it is worth it .

Hi Jonno, I have 2 very seperate issues one is from scar tissue due to severe endometriosis which I have had for 30 plus years and for the past 5 years I have had sciatica with horrible burning sensations in the soles of my feet. I have a very good doctor for pain management and a really good GP. I had the 3rd infusion yesterday and my endo symptoms have improved a lot. The burning in my feet is still there but this is usually managed reasonably well with a tens unit. Time to put on my holiday face and enjoy life!
