Thinking the same, where are the others ?
I am just turned 94 with tips for pain and suffering for any who wants them.
Had a fall and fractured my hip, after 9 months I can now walk with a walking stick.
My involvement in metaphysics and spirituality has helped me to endure, but pain at night is still troublesome.

No you are not alone but you need to be mindful that we moderators also suffer chronic pain as well we have good days and bad weeks but I have nothing for but praise for a 94 year old who can mix it with the big guns , I am sitting in agony typing this just so you know you are not alone.
I have prolapsed discs C4/5 & C6/7 and foraminal nerves severely impinged at both levels and cant see my nuerosurgeon until next year I also have lumbar spondylosis and discs at L3/4 L4/5 & L5/S1 are prolapsed and the vertebrae are crumbling so other than that I’m fighting fit .
If you would like to volunteer to be a moderator contact Peter directly I’m sure he would welcome all volunteers so would I as any help is wonderful.
as long as I wake up alive I'm happy
Because it could be worse
