Yes Peter, licorice tea is lovely especially cold. I also drink lots of teas but mostly ones with low caffeine. Love green tea with jasmine and fig tea but find the latter hard to get. I have a great chi blend with cloves, cardamon , pepper, licorice etc. There is just so many types of teas these days to choose from.

I'm a coffee gal mainly, however like Grappers I enjoy a herbal tea not for any other reason than it reduces my intake of coffee!! It's also nice to try new flavours as generally I don't really like tea, so it needs to be as less tea tasting as possible (if that makes sense) so the fruity flavours or one of my favourites is Lemongrass and Ginger. These tea's definitely lighten my mood :)

I just stick out my chin and grin and say, oh

The sun will come out tomorrow
So you gotta hang on
'til tomorrow, come what may!"

Hi Jo m.
I love the flavour of coffee but not hot so as ice coffee, cake or ice-cream. lol :cheer: so tea is my drink, the only trouble is i need to limit my caffeine so i mostly keep to the green teas. I do love ginger and lemongrass tea too and have a lovely patch of lemongrass to make it with.

Hi Jo.M
I discovered Tea2. They have so many different types of tea it is amazing. My meds cause dryness and weight gain. Since I have started experimenting and drinking tea2 I remain hydrated and although I often add honey, I still manage to lose weight very slowly.
I have also discovered coconut water when out as an alternative to tea or coffee or soft drink for hydration.

Once I could laugh with everyone
Once I could see the good to me
Holding the world inside
Now the world is grey to me
Nobody can see you gotta believe it
Oh oh the night comes down
And I get afraid of losing my way
Oh oh the night comes down
And it’s dark again

Hi,
I have found a great on line tea company that they have a huge range of teas. My favourite at the moment is their Ginger Kiss with ginger, lemon grass & hibiscus. I find it great for stomach upsets, to combat common ills like cold and fatigue.
