Yeah, um - doesn't sound like that was thought through in its entirety...
Sorry to hear it didn't help :(

Thanos Ant
Like everything. Some things work for some....
But in this case I probably didn't apply myself fully because of the frustration cycle
Marley

Once I could laugh with everyone
Once I could see the good to me
Holding the world inside
Now the world is grey to me
Nobody can see you gotta believe it
Oh oh the night comes down
And I get afraid of losing my way
Oh oh the night comes down
And it’s dark again

Hey Ant I two have been working with my physio doing the gmi training. I started out doing the app and it was amazing watching my percentage go up each week. I remember when I first started it my percentage was 14% left to 100% right (foot), now I am getting 80% left to 100%right. This is a period of 2 months, my physio gets so excited when I get the odd 100%on both sides lol. We have just started to introduce the mirror in our sessions and at home. I am really struggling with the mirror at this moment in time, when I look into the mirror I feel quite sick and my foot starts to swell. Does anyone else get these symptoms? My physio tells me it is quite normal.

I haven't had these symptoms - it's good you've raised this with your physio as we can't give medical advice here... if your symptoms don't improve then I'd be considering the benefit of the process, however...
All the best!
