I put my 6th 10mg patch on last Friday pm and if it is the better weather I do not know, however the pain is just bearable still not gone by any means BUT I can cope with it at the moment , I do get nauseated and vomit off and on still -- the other week the pain was was unbearable but we did get bad weather -- storms etc -- and I have always found I am a lot worse with pain about 2 to 3 days b4 a change in the weather.

I have an appointment with my Dr on Thursday and might see what she says, she was going to put me on a higher dose but I am willing to see how the 10mg goes for awhile and if the nausea wears off.

Hi everyone.
Second day now on 150mg Lyrica and I feel great! I noticed this morning that getting out of the car was a relative breeze and my neck wasn't stiff. I felt a bit brain foggy yesterday but today I am perfectly normal. I think these things work like an onion, relieving the outer layer of pain and gradually sorting the main pain. My plan is to stay on the 150 for the moment and try a second one in the evening in a few weeks. But I will head to the Lyrica thread now. I just wanted to say thanks to the people on this thread for all your wisdom and experience.

AFAIK its a synthetic chemical made opoid which mimics the real poppy derivative. Classed as opoid.
