Hi Nisd21,
I assume you mean Palexia which is Sustained Release Tapentadol?
For chronic pain this worked wonders for me. I took it twice a day everyday and it gave me a new lease on life to enjoy things.
Good luck with it. Let me know how it goes for you?

Hi there nisd21. your title reminds me of R2D2.

I think the spelling is Palexia or Tapentadol.

Im not sure whether you got any replies to your post.

Have you been able to get some more knowledge on this recent drugand have you dicide for or against using it.

Warm regards Arjay/Ron

Hi there.

I'm new to the forum but I have just trialed Palexia and unfortunately it didn't agree with me.

I was trialing Palexia 100mg as a replacement for Tramadol SR 200mg.

It didn't work as well as the Tramadol and I got some nasty side effects (Depression, feelings of worthlessness, semi-suicidal thoughts).

I also suffer from "restless joints" and this got ALOT worse when I was on Palexia.

PLEASE NOTE - Medications affect people differently. Many people use Palexia and have great results.
