I find that hard to believe. They would all know what this item number is. Are you looking to see if your private insurance will cover you? If you are, then they would definitely know and so will the doctors and their staff.
We don't have any of that information and I wouldn't take for gospel anything you hear from the Forum, because we are all consumers and not clinicians who work in the system billing clients.
Speak to whomever is treating you or private insurance. They will all have this information.
I wish the ring (this Chronic Pain) had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened. (Frodo Baggins)
So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide, is what to do with the time that is given to us. (Gandalf the Grey)

I know, you'd think so, right? Anywho, Patient Services gave me the information I needed (item 18232) and did a live chat with my PHI. Everything is covered, I just have to pay my excess but need to double check if my doctor participates in GapCover and if not, if she's willing to.
